Use this as a substitute for the fat in many baked goods. Yes, it will still be moist!

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/3 cups pitted dried plums
  • 6 tablespoons hot water
  • Serves: 12
    Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
    Instructions:
    In food processor, process dried plums and water until finely chopped, pulsing on and off. Cover and refrigerate up to one month.
